This is the Refuse Collection Calendar for the period October 2009 - March 2010
Please be aware of the following information circulated to all homes by DMBC :-
You should now place cardboard in your green box, NOT in your green bin.
From October 2009 the council has improved the service and will be able to collect all types of cardboard from your green box, including thick and corrugated cardboard providing that it is empty and is packed as flat as possible. We cannot collect liquid food cartons e.g. Tetra Paks, or cardboard contaminated with food e.g. pizza boxes.
Your green box will continue to be collected every week and should be placed at the edge of your property by 7.30am on the day of your collection.
The final green bin collection of 2009 will be w/c 6th December, the first green collection of 2010 will be w/c 4th January.
